Guarantee of Safety and Warranty

EZ Claw® System is NOT a guarantee of safety. The EZ Claw® System does NOT warrant or guarantee that cables will not fail and/or that tractor and trailer will not come uncoupled due to cable failure. EZ Claw® System is designed to reduce wear and tear on the cables and thus designed to reduce the risk of cable failure or uncoupling due to cable failure. The EZ Claw® System, utilized along with a regular inspection, maintenance, and repair program, will decrease the risk of cable failure and uncoupling due to cable failure. SELLER IS SELLING THE SYSTEM EQUIPMENT TO BUYER AND BUYER IS PURCHASING THE SYSTEM EQUIPMENT "AS-IS." SELLER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY OR ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO PURCHASER AS TO THE CONDITION OF THE SYSTEM EQUIPMENT. BY EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT, BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IT IS PURCHASING THE SYSTEM EQUIPMENT WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND FROM SELLER AS TO THE CONDITION OF THE SYSTEM EQUIPMENT.
