EZ Claw will allow the return of any unused/unopened product within 30 days of product(s) initial ship date. Customers must notify EZ Claw of their intent to return the product via phone at 704-896-8867 or via email at [email protected] and receive a return authorization number which should be noted on the return shipping label and carton. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Refund will be processed upon receipt and examination of returned product(s).
